When a customer is assigned a VAT number, a “B2B” label will automatically appear in various places in Webship Online, for example on the purchase order overview screen or a purchase order’s detail screen. This immediately tells you that this is a B2B order. If you do not enter a VAT number, then a “B2C” label will automatically appear in various places in Webship Online.
