Each customer has a customer data sheet containing all relevant information. You can also delete or edit the customer from this sheet.
Available information:
- Customer’s name
- Customer of … (if you have multiple companies)
- Customer number
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- Sales orders (click a sales order to view details)
- History (changes in customer data sheet)
Pro tip
You can identify customers that were created by the e-commerce platform using the “created by ...” field in the customer data sheet history.
