Sometimes orders cannot be delivered, but simply deleting a purchase order is not possible in Webship Online. When an order cannot be delivered and should be cancelled, please change the purchase order’s status to “canceled”. You can then delete the purchase order (even though we don’t recommend it).
If you cancel a purchase order, you can still access it to view the details. Once a purchase order has been cancelled, its status cannot be changed. If an order has to be delivered even though it’s been cancelled, you can duplicate the purchase order and the status will be set to ‘ordered’ again.
