The “sales order” provides you with an overview of all sales orders that have been created in Webship Online. If you are looking for a specific sales order, you can apply filters or search using the search bar. That way, you can look up all sales orders that contain a certain SKU, for example, or that were shipped on a certain date.
Any filter you apply will remain active as long as you continue to navigate in the “sales orders” menu. To remove (reset) a filter, click the cross next to the search field.
Filters
To apply a filter, click filters at the top of the screen. You can combine multiple filters. You can also determine whether the filter should be equal to the search query or in fact exclude the search query. To exclude a search string, simply click the “=” sign. That way, you can get an overview of all sales orders from two linked web shops, except those with the status “waiting for payment”, for example.
Possible filters:
- Store
- Status
- Shipping method
- Customers
- Countries
- Number of SKUs
Search bar
The following filters are available:
- SO number: if you type the desired SO number in the search bar you will see the sales order with that SO number in the overview.
- Customer name: type the name or part of the name of the customer in the search bar and all sales orders whose typed text matches the customer name will show up in the overview.
- SKU: type the SKU of a certain product in the search bar and the sales orders containing this SKU will be displayed in the overview.
- Shipping date: type ‘sent:…’ in the search bar and all sales orders shipped on the specified date will be shown in the overview. You can also retrieve all orders shipped between two dates. For example, if you enter ‘sent:01/01/2020-31/01/2020’, you will see all purchase orders shipped in January 2020.
- Batch number: type “batch:…” in the search bar and all sales orders with products containing this batch number will be shown in the overview.
- Expiration date: type “expires:…” in the search bar and all sales orders with products containing this expiration date will be shown in the overview. If you want to know which orders were sent with products expiring in January 2021, type ‘expires:01/01/2021-31/01/2021’ in the search bar.
You can combine filters and the search bar. For example, you can search for all sales order with the status “Ready for picking” and the SKU “APPLE”.
