The “products” provides you with an overview of all products that have been created in Webship Online. If you are looking for a specific product or all products from a supplier, you can apply filters or search using the search bar.
Any filter you apply will remain active as long as you continue to navigate in the “products” menu. To remove (reset) a filter, click the cross next to the search field.
Filter
To apply a filter, click filters at the top of the screen. You can combine multiple filters. You can also determine whether the filter should be equal to the search query or in fact exclude the search query. To exclude search strings, click wthe “=” sign. That way, you can get an overview of all the products of a linked web shops except the products of a particular supplier.
Possible filters:
- Store
- Supplier
- ABC Analysis
Search bar
If you’re looking for a specific product or all products that expire on a certain date, you can use the search bar to filter the product list.
The following filters are available:
- SKU: type the desired SKU in the search bar and all products with that SKU will appear
- Name: type the the name or part of name of a product in the search bar and all the products whose name matches this text will show up in the overview.
- Supplier: type “supplier:…” in the search bar and all products from this supplier will be shown in the overview.
- Batch number: type “batch:…” in the search bar and all products with this batch number will be shown in the overview.
- Expiration date: type “expires:…” in the search bar and all products with that expiration date will be shown in the overview.
You can combine filters and the search bar. For example, you can search for all purchase orders with the status “ordered” and the SKU “APPLE”.
