There is a big difference between canceling and deleting a sales order. A cancelled order remains available in Webship Online while a deleted order is effectively deleted and will never become visible again.
Cancel
To cancel an order, you need to perform a status change. If you cancel an order in Webship Online, the order in the linked web store can be cancelled automatically (depending on the platform that is linked). You can also cancel a sales order on the linked e-commerce platform (again depending on the platform), regardless of the sales order’s current status.
Delete
You can delete orders in bulk using the order summary list or per order from the order’s detail page. If you delete an order in Webship Online, the order is not automatically deleted in the linked web store.
Deleting an order from Webship Online is final and cannot be reversed.
